Turnipseed Jeff Turnipseed has been an attorney with Turnipseed & Associated since 1995. He works primarily on the litigation team, concentrating in the areas of products liability and tractor-trailer collisions. Jeff received his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1995, where he was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe.
Jeff leads Turnipseed &
Associates appellate team and has argued successfully before the South
Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court.
Jeff is a member of the Attorneys Information Exchange Group (AEIG). AEIG members share information and bring product liability, or "crash-worthiness," cases against automobile manufacturers and their suppliers. He is also a member of both the American and South Carolina Trial Lawyer Associations. His wife, Cynthia Smith Turnipseed, is also an attorney here in Columbia. Jeff and Cyndy have a daughter, Madeline who is 6 and a son Sam who is 3. |
